Between approximately 16:18 and 16:40 UTC on 26 Aug 2026, a subset of end users may have encountered intermittent errors or slowness while completing the verification flow. Our team identified the issue and applied a fix, after which the service recovered. The verification flow is now operating normally. We are continuing to monitor and will investigate to prevent recurrence.
