Legacy hosts decommissioning Dec 9, 2026 10:00-11:00 EET
Hello!
We want to notify you that starting from the 9th of December, we will be decommissioning our legacy hosts for public API and verification sessions. Currently, both the new and legacy hosts are working in parallel, so you can transition as soon as you're ready.
Required changes for verification session host:
- Self-serve: Change host from alchemy.veriff.com to saas.veriff.com
- EU Enterprise: Change host from magic.veriff.me to eu.veriff.com
- US Enterprise: Change host from magic.us.veriff.me to us.veriff.com
Required changes for public API host:
- Self-serve: Change URL from stationapi.veriff.com to api-saas.veriff.com
- EU Enterprise: Change host from api.veriff.me to api-eu.veriff.com
- US Enterprise: Change host from api.us.veriff.me to api-us.veriff.com
Endpoints, payloads and authentication are unchanged, so no other code changes are needed from your end.
As a reminder, to ensure uninterrupted access to our services, it is important that your network firewall configurations permit communication with our server. This involves allowing specific IP addresses and URLs to establish a secure and reliable connection.
